5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. manu888 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We may delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to unlawful activity. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6.4 Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, structured bet placement designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other manipulation — will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

7.2 manu888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the relevant stake returned to their Account balance.
7.3 Bets placed on sporting events are subject to the outcome being determined by the relevant sporting authority. Where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules published on the Platform.

10.2 manu888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions outside our reasonable control.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits manu888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 manu888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so by our licensing obligations or applicable law.
11.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
